General Legal Practice with Artificial Intelligence
In this new era of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the legal practitioner no longer needs to specialize in a particular area of law to provide exceptional service for complex litigation. AI has leveled the playing field. The legal services offered by a skilled general practitioner proficient with the latest state-of-the-art AI research tools will often prove equivalent, if not superior, to the those of an experienced specialist without these tools, particularly as AI increasingly learns to generate not just an exhaustive analysis of an entire area of law but also strategic recommendations for practice.

Personal Injury Litigation
Prior to founding this law office, I worked for nine years at a prominent insurance defense litigation firm. I've represented both injured plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury lawsuits and so I know how both sides strategize and litigate. As a private investigator, I frequently worked on personal injury cases for the defense and so I have personal knowledge of what the insurance companies investigate, when and how. Quite frankly, I have yet to meet an attorney who has worked professionally in more varied roles related to personal injury litigation than myself.
Throughout my career as a litigator, I've handled a wide variety of personal injury matters including slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, swimming pool accidents, workplace and construction site accidents, animal attacks, assaults and batteries, workers' compensation cases, wrongful death cases, consumer product liability cases, police abuse and civil rights violations related to personal injury, and much more. In my early years, I had the pleasure of working with some of the most reputable and talented personal injury attorneys in Western New York, and I learned a lot. I've handled every aspect of a personal injury case from the initial referral through jury verdict, and I've drafted and argued countless appeals.
During the course of my work both as a personal injury litigator and as a private investigator, I noticed a common set of criticisms that injured plaintiffs routinely express in relation to their attorneys, most notably a lack of communication and a lack of diligence. Personal injury plaintiffs are often left in the dark as to what's going on with their case and are often quite skeptical as to whether or not anything is being done to push their case forward. With my practice, I steadfastly make it a point not to be one of those attorneys! I pride myself on being readily available to my clients throughout the entirety of the litigation. I routinely meet with my clients to discuss the status of the case, the evolution of their particular injury, and our strategies going forward. Although sometimes a patient strategy is the order of the day, I generally strive with vigor to push the case forward. All things considered, I believe that I can litigate a personal injury case as well as any other attorney in the field.

Over twelve years of combined experience as both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor has given me a unique dual perspective for litigating criminal matters, from minor violations to misdemeanors and felonies. Also, as the co-founder and administrator of a large regional private investigations firm, I've developed myriad creative strategies for unearthing information to help provide the best possible defense for my clients.
